Neil was the Grammarian, the wod being Expedient - and was so well used that it superseded any uhms and ahs that we may have uttered!!!
Rosemary as Table Topics Master was innovative in that she handed out her written challenges to five unsuspecting members, and Tod walked off with the Best Table Topics Award. Nice to see you back into the swing of things Tod!
Andrew and Neil, who delivered their Ice Breaker speech two weeks ago, out-did themselves last night when they both delivered their second speech. Andrew won the Best Speaker Award and Candace won the award for his evaluation. Two wonderful speeches by two up-and-coming Toastmasters! Congratulations again!
John S offered a humorous and lively General Evaluation - nice to see you again John.
Suzannah charmed us all with her eloquence and chirpiness in the Closing Thought and we welcome your input!
Next Monday, September 27, Bruce, our Area 80 Governor, will visit us, and the following week, October 4, do come en masse to attend the club's Humorous Speech and Table Topics Contest! It will be a challenging night, so don't miss it!
