The last time we met was July 26 and since then, members have gone to two events. Just a brief breakdown:
July 29: Yianni's Greek Night Out: A wonderful 17 hungry members and some spouses joined us at this venue, where we had a good evening with good food and good company - all the right ingredients for a night out!!
August 5: Greg Campeau - Anna, Grace and Maureen managed to find their way to Metro Speakers despite the reconstruction within Metro Town! It was definitely worth the visit and the accolades that we had heard from Maurice, Lutz and Lydia certainly prevailed. What a worthwhile and enjoyable evening! "Information overload" may be a good term to use to describe Greg Campeau and his Presentation delivery, because there was so much to take in. Not surprising when he condensed a normally lengthy workshop into two hours. We highly recommend that you try to attend his workshops in the future and will keep you posted.
August 9: Rosemary is the chair for My Roots. If you can fill the empty roles, she will be very pleased to hear from you!
